The first session is a conversation to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brought you here, what you're struggling with, and what you're hoping to achieve. There's no pressure or judgment.

About the Process

It varies for everyone. Some clients see significant progress in a few months, while others benefit from longer-term support. The goal is to give you the tools to maintain recovery on your own.

Most clients start with weekly sessions. As you progress, we may move to bi-weekly sessions. The frequency is flexible and based on your needs.

Relapse is often part of the recovery process, not a sign of failure. If it happens, we'll work through it together. I won't judge you or give up on you.

I use evidence-based approaches tailored to your situation, including cognitive-behavioral strategies, trauma-informed care, and practical relapse prevention planning.

Confidentiality & Privacy

Absolutely. All sessions and records are strictly confidential, adhering to professional ethical standards. What you share stays between us.

Not without your explicit permission. I will not share any information about you with anyone unless you specifically authorize it in writing.
